Designed for both business and home use, this laptop is equipped with a 12th generation Intel Core i7 10-core processor with 16GB of memory and a 512GB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 solid-state drive to quickly load and multitask a variety of applications. A second M.2 slot is available for additional storage. Powered by integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics, the 1920 x 1080 resolution 14″ touchscreen provides bright, clear images.

Connect compatible high-speed peripherals to the Thunderbolt 4 and USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports while reserving the two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports for mice, keyboards, and other peripherals. You can also transfer photos, videos, and other files directly from SD cards with the built-in reader. Look and sound your best when video conferencing with clients, co-workers, and friends with the 1080p webcam, dual array microphone system, Dolby enhanced stereo speaker system, and Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) connectivity. Additionally, a fingerprint reader is built into the power button, allowing you to quickly log into the system without having to enter a password. The ThinkBook 14 G4 laptop has Window 11 Pro pre-installed.

The built-in 1080p webcam is complemented by a dual microphone array with AI-enhanced noise canceling technology to help ensure that you look and sound your best. A built in webcam blocker slides into place to protect your privacy when the webcam is not in use. The 2W Dolby stereo speaker system allows you to enjoy music and movies. Connect a headset to the 3.5mm audio jack or pair the system with wireless Bluetooth devices for added privacy.

Connectivity

The ThinkBook 14 G4 features one 40 Gb/s Thunderbolt 4 port and a 10 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, both of which also support power delivery. Combined with the HDMI port, you can connect up to three external displays for enhanced multitasking. Two 5 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports are also available.

Thunderbolt 4

Thunderbolt 4 is a hardware interface that utilizes the reversible USB Type-C connector and features a maximum throughput of 40 Gb/s when used with compatible devices. The connector also transmits data via USB4 at up to 20 Gb/s, and dual-bandwidth DisplayPort support allows you to connect either one 8K monitor or up to two 4K displays simultaneously. Additionally, you can daisy chain up to six devices from a single Thunderbolt 4 port.

Windows 11 Pro

A New Start Position

Windows 11 has been completely redesigned from its predecessor to emphasize productivity, creativity, and ease of use. The customizable Start Menu is now at the center of the taskbar and utilizes the cloud, allowing you to quickly find and access recent files, regardless of what platform or device was previously used to view them. The streamlined Start Menu design also lets you pin apps and recent files in addition to powering down the system.

Making Productivity a Snap

Multitask with speed and efficiency with the ability to snap apps side by side. Snap Layouts and Snap Groups help to keep your windows organized using different layouts that are designed to fully optimize your screen space, no matter its size and resolution. Windows 11 also remembers their positions, so you can resume from where you left off when selecting Snap Groups from the task bar, allowing you to switch between both individual applications and entire projects. Snap Layouts are also automatically restored when docking laptops with external monitors.

Microsoft Teams Integration

Stay connected with friends, family, coworkers, and clients with Microsoft Teams Chat integrated onto the Windows 11 taskbar. With a touch, you can connect to your contacts via text, voice, and video, regardless of whether they’re using Windows, Android, or iOS devices. Additional Windows 11 Pro Features

The Pro version of Windows 11 includes all the features that Windows 11 Home offers plus many designed specifically for business users, including Hyper-V virtualization, BitLocker disk encryption, and remote desktop access. Devices can also join domains and the Azure Active Directory and have access to Enterprise device management features.
